    Includes: 1 campaign + 2 notifications, customized to your website design.

  • Concierge Setup Pro – €299 (one-time)
    Includes: 3–5 notifications, campaign setup across multiple pages, and analytics integration.

FAQ – PageTrust Support

Q: Do I get support on the Free Plan?


A: No. The Free Plan is self-service only. You’ll have access to guides, FAQs, and tutorials – but no email or phone support. If you want help, upgrade to any paid plan.

Q: Who answers my support requests?

A: All support requests are handled directly by me, Michael Zeyen – the founder of PageTrust. No bots, no outsourced agents. Real answers, from the person who knows the product best.

Q: What about Enterprise customers?

A: Enterprise customers receive priority support with a guaranteed response time under 8 hours during business days, scheduled phone calls, and Concierge Setup included. SLA contracts are available (+15% of the annual contract value).

Q: What is Concierge Setup?

A: It’s a one-time service where I personally configure your first campaign and notifications. Think of it as “done-for-you onboarding” to get results faster.

Q: Do you offer 24/7 support?

A: No – as a one-man company, I can’t realistically provide round-the-clock coverage. Support is handled during European business hours, Monday to Friday.

Q: Why no trial support for Free users?

A: Because Free users are here to explore on their own. Support is a premium feature reserved for paying customers. This ensures I can dedicate my time to those who trust PageTrust with their business.

Q: Is it true you have a cat on the team?

A: Yes. Her name is Una. She’s our unofficial Customer Success Manager. While she doesn’t answer emails (yet), she does make sure I stay at the desk long enough to get back to you.
